Many of us strive for a better appearance and healthier body and some would even consider surgery things like tummy touch that is talked about another post in this blog but how far is too far.  This video discusses the perfect body and how we as consumers have been deceived by the photo touching photographs and modern media.  Not only is it not surgically possible it is beyond the scope of what a person is able to achieve through diet and exercise and we have set ourselves up to believe it is possible.  Watch this video and understand better whatis except as normal.

What in the world were we thinking here in the US when we bought into the propoganda that was being foisted on us as a healthy treat from a busy schedule? Was this proven, was this known, were we so naive to believe we could stuff our bodies with smoke and it was not going to lead to problems? Isn’t it amazing how we will deny our common sense?

Some very surprising findings and revelations about the best times to sleep in the amount of sleep that’s needed can totally change our health for the better balance our bodies and give us a leg up on things like cancer diabetes and many more.  This video from a very credible source shows why it’s so important to get not only enough sleep but to sleep at the right time of night.  Your health depends on it.

What have we done in the United States? Health is being fettered away for the sake of corporate greed or so we can save a little money? What we are being given in place of healthy food sometimes can be shocking and it is time to take back control of what goes into our bodies.

The overwhelming use of High Fructose Corn Syrup has become accepted as natural and even healthy by many people because it is almost everywhere but the truth is we have been feed a unnatural sugar that is highly concentrated and cheap for the manufacturer to use. It is now being shown more and more that this product is unhealthy and has been tied to obesity in the United States.

It is time we wake up and realize what is happening with our health and some of the reasons we are over weight may not even be from causes that we are aware of. It is time to take charge of our health and stop using our bodies as wealth generators for food makers.
